Wacker Neuson EquipCare app for iPhone and iPad

EquipCare is Wacker Neuson’s telematics solution that allows you to access real-time information about your machines on your smartphone or tablet. It combines a telematics solution for fleet/site management with additional data from machines, as well as proactive, automatic status and maintenance messages prioritized by urgency.

If you already have an EquipCare account, you can log in to:

• Be in the know: Identify where each machine is located and if it is being utilized properly.
• Maintenance: Receive pre-configured alerts for maintenance before it’s due, so you can plan your downtime accordingly.
• Open communication: The integrated chat feature allows the operator to have a conversation with other operators or their dealer, centered around a machine. You can even share pictures!
• Plan ahead: If a machine fault occurs, the user can remotely read the error codes before physically visiting the machine.
